What Are The Side Effects Of Losartan?

My father has been taking Losartan 50 mg since 33 years now. Reacently during his complete body checkup he was diagnosed with Gallstones, liver enlargement and increase prostate. I wanted to know that dose Losartan has any adverse event of this type due to prolong intake? Can you please let me know the level of adverse event and its implications?

Dose ranges from 20mg - 100 mg depending upon condition for use.
Most common adverse effects include fatigue, hypoglycemia, anemia, UTI, chest pain, weakness & diarrhea.

>Gall stones can be of multiple causes & most common are obesity & hereditary.
>Liver enlargement could be due to acute viral hepatitis.
>Most common causes of prostate enlargement are age, Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia & infection of prostate (prostatitis)
