What Are The Side Effects Of Letrozole?
hi there, I am a 55year old women,I am under treatment with letrozole for breast ca. pls. tell me what is treatment of side effects of this drug like: joint pain, bone pain, calve pain, foot edema, I cannot walk as an exercise, in regular exam : BP is NL, BMD is NL , ca , p, alk ph NL, vit D NL, before letrozole ,I have taken tamoxifen, I have not discomfort like these. My doctor says: there is no matter !

hot flashes, warmth in your face or chest;
flushing (warmth, redness, or tingly feeling);
headache;
nausea, constipation;
bone pain, muscle or joint pain;
numbness, tingling, weakness, or stiffness in your hand or fingers.
