What Are The Side Effects Of Hypertension Medicines?

My mother in law was admitted in hospital for hypertension and now taking medicines for that.
But she is having irritating feelings in hands and feeling unconscious after taking the medicine. But doctor is saying there is nothing serious about that and asked to take the medicines regularly.
In her blood test
polymorphs - 81% and lymphocytes 15% is noted.

Why she is having such disturbing feelings after taking medicines?

The symptoms may mean an associated disease process – like Cerebro vascular insufficiency, cervical spondylitis and so on. She may need more investigations…

The treating doctor alone can suggest further based on his assessment of the situation.
