hi i want to know about folitrax 10 mg tab for my auto immune disease. i have PG (pyoderma....) , want to know about its side effect.i am taking this for last 4 months and will have to continue for 2 more months. when can i conceive after the tablet course????

you must not conceive after 6 month of stopping the drug
it is immuno suppresive drug and has serious effect on baby if you conceive during treatment
it is strongly contraindicated
there are many side effect of MTX ,it lower the blood count ,reduce kidney function ,affect liver also .
you must do blood test every monthly during treatment
