What Are The Side Effects Of Endura Muscle Gainer ?

Hello doctor,
I would like to know about some informantion... Doc i m going regulary gym and daily work out the my trainner suggest me to take supplement muscle gainer... So doc if i take this supplement so in feuture did i face some side effect of this product or its safe for me..


My hight is 5.6
My weight is 68

And i want to take suppelment if this endura muscle gainer have some side effect then plzs suggest me the best supplement and safe for me..

Endura contains protein,sucrose,minerals,vitamins and devoid of side effects.I have seen very few of them being allergic and advice to avoid in such situation.However once there is satisfactory results this can be stopped and nutritious diet can be continued.Hope this helps and answers your query.
