What Are The Side Effects Of Clexane ?

I am a 48 year old male who had slight numbness in hands and feet one early morning and my BP was 170/100 pulse 96/ min at that time. My ECG and Brain scan was normal. I was given two injections of Clexane 0.60 per day for 5 days along with Nootropril 3g , Strocit 500 , Monocef 1 g,Rantac 50, Emeset 4 , NTG 25. After discharge I have been prescribed Stroicit Plus , Telpress AM, ClopitabA 150, Stator 40. My BP during hospitalisation has been 120-130/80 throughout 5 days. I have problem of cervical spondilysis due to continous working in laptop for which I have taken treatments occasionally. My BP was always in the range of 120-130/80-85 during my previous visits to my family doctor and was not prescribed any medications before. Kindly advise what will be the after effects of Clexane .60.

Hello and welcome to healthcare magic!!!
Well the clexane is nothin but lmw heparin and is given to make your blood thinner and prevent future blood clots in brain leading to stroke and as far as bp is concerned the medications need to be taken as long as your blood pressure comes back to normal if it is in the lower levels of high range the dose can be reduced but it's better you take it as long as your doctor recommends.
