What Are The Side Effects Of Birth Control Pills?
This is my first time on birth control. I took the first month but skipped the placebo accidentally and took the regular pills instead. I have been on my period for a month now. Is it because I skipped the placebo? What is wrong, why is my period lasting so long?

I really appreciate your concern, hormone preparation greatly disturb the physiological cycle of menses and due to this reason menses cycle becomes irregular because taking hormone for oral contraceptive purpose is not the therapeutic (use ) but it is kind of manipulation being done not for disease or pathological condition, hope this information helps, take care.
