Less common serious side effects are

You must not self-medicate yourself. Always take this medication after discussing it with your doctor. If you find any of above side effects in you, report to your doctor immediately. And if pain is not that much severe, you should take medication like
- Diclofenac
- Tramadol
- narcotic analgesics (e.g.,
oxycodone, morphine sulfate)
- Combination of diclofenac and paracetamol

You can take any of above medication after proper prescription. These mediations have better safety profile. Also you can opt for other safer methods like acupressure,

Hope it will help. If still in doubt, do let me know.
Thanks. Take care.
