I read the question from another patient who switched from Wellbutrin to Trintellix but I have other questions pertaining to it. I explained to my doctor that I was worried about weight gain (which is part of the reason my old doctor put me on wellbutrin vs another AD). I am a 32 year old female. I did not gain weight on wellbutrin but I am also going back on Birth Control (Alyesse - this did not cause me weight gain the last time I was on it but it s been a few years). I have read a bunch of reviews on Trintellix from patients taking it and there are a significant amount who state that it has caused weight gain. Should I be worried? Should I take the Alyesse together or separate with the Trintellix? I am also worried about the amount of people stating it makes them tired, as the wellbutrin was also to help alertness...
