General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi dear. Thanks for writing on HCM.
Side effects with Tranexamic Acid(Trenaxa) are usually not common but may include any of the following- headache, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea.
Since it may cause dizziness do not drive or take part in any activity in which you need to be alert if you feel dizzy.
Trenaxa thickens your blood and there by reduces bleeding.
Hope this answers both queries.Get well soon.
