Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As you have mentioned, you are taking wyesolone and thyronorm and want to know about their side effects.

Wyesolone causes peptic ulcer, myopathy, obesity, osteoprosis, ocular problem and more serious adrenal insufficiency. Thyronorm causes tremors, heart attack, arrythmias, sinus tachycardia, irritibilty, amenorrhea and atrial fibrlilation.

For concieving problem--since you have removed your pitutary gland which is responsible for releasing of FSH and LH harmones that are necassry for pregnancy and ovulutary cycles.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Wasim Murtaza
