Hello
You mentioned that the girl is having pain and taking combiflam ( ibuprofen+ paracetamol ) or mefenamic acid +dicyclomin . This is a symptomatic treatment or just analgesic treatment .
This condition ( pain at the time of menstruation is known as dysmenorrhea ). Primary dysmenorrhea is termed as severe or incapacitating cramping with ovulatory menses in the absence of demonstrable disorder of the pelvis .
Secondary dysmenorrhea is caused by underlying pelvic pathology such as endometriosis , adenomycosis or cervical stenosis .
Usually primary dysmenorrhea respond to NSAIDs ( combiflam or mefenamic spas )or ORAL CONTRACEPTIVE agents ( try this 0.
Secondary dysmenorrhea , treat this according to the cause or disease .
In my opinion consult a gynecologist and get his opinion .
Hope this will help you.
While many drugs are sensitive to this patient so either take some antihistamine or consult a gynecologist for further treatment as self medication is not good for health.
Good luck.
