Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My doctor has just raised my roxycodone from 15 mg 3 times a day to 30 mg 3 times per day. I was wondering what if any changes I should expect, also know that with this medication I am also taking OxyContin 40mg 2 times per day, baclefan 10 mg 3 times per day, remeron 30 mg 1 time per day, and cymbalta 35 mg 1 time per day.
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic. I can understand your concern. Roxycodone is opioid analgesic. In higher doses, it can cause nausea, vomiting, gastritis, excessive sleepiness, fatigue, giddiness etc. So if you develop any of these side effects then better to reduce the dose of Roxycodone. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
