What Are The Side Effects Of Metronidazole?
I had recently had spine surgery after 11 yes of prescribed narcotic pain medicine. Physically addicted, very much not mentally. I pulled off two weeks after surgery and had quite the withdrawal experience:) Totally off it and happy but needed to be put back on Ritalin(on prior to injury/pain meds). Just got prescribed metronidazole 500mg. Still slightly dehydrated&having trouble eating prior to this new med. Any negatives or ways I should take these two?

Side effects of metronidazole includes nausea,constipation,dry mouth,dizziness,headache,metallic taste of mouth etc.
Avoid taking alcohol while consuming metronidazole.
Take the medicine immediately after taking your food.
