As per your complain Melacare forte contains active ingredients as Hydroquinone+ Tretinoin+Mometasone Furoate and mometasone is a steroid and a drawback of steroid based cream is that although it can lead to brightening of skin but once it is stopped the skin can rebound back to the older complexion.. Long term use is not advisable as steroid based creams can cause skin thinning, inflammation, pimples, increased hair growth on face and swollen veins under skin.. You should avoid using Melacare forte and there are there potent depigmentation creams that can be used to improve the skin complexion like creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin.. You can use Azelic acid creams.. Creams containing Vitamin E and C can help.. You can use facewash conatining Salicylic and glycolic acid.. You can scrub your skin with a gentle scrub twice a week..
