What Are The Side Effects Of Megafreeflex?

My mother is taking one megafreeflex tablets twice a day with other medicines ; tonact Asp 75, tetan 80 thyroup 25 and doxt-s 100. Now after blood test, it is seen that her urea became 66 (as per instrument, therange is given 20-40 ). My question is , Is it for the side effects for megafreeflex or thyroup tablets? Can she stop the megafreeflex tablets for 1-2 months? ( because she tells that her knee pain ,back pain increases and it is her belief that it is for megafreeflex tablet). J. Datta

hi megafreeflex tablet is glucasamine. glucasamine is not approved drug for osteoarthritis. increased urea is not because of megafreeflex or thyroup tablets. increased urea can be due to many causes like dehydration. serum creatinine is best for testing kidney function. u can stop glucasamine, there is no harm. you should check serum 25 hydroxy cholecalciferal levels.
take care
