What Are The Side Effects Of Leviquin?

I just was tested for leviquin alergy and none found so I started it three days ago. I am a active 78 year old who plays tennis. I just read some reviews regrding side effects especially regarding tendon damage. I already have a tendon problem in my foot before taking the drug that I did PRP on and its better. I have a sinus infection that other antibiotics have not heled, ENT reccomend IV for a week or so or sinsus surgery. I read enough awful reviews that I just dumped the leviquin. Do you agree?

Levaquin is composed of 'levofloxacin', which is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that fights bacteria in the body.
It is used to treat bacterial infections of the skin, sinuses, lungs, kidneys, bladder, or prostate.
Common side effects of use of Levaquin is: Diarrhea.
Rarely, it can cause abdominal cramps, tendinitis, calf muscle pain, redness and swelling of the skin.
In case any of such symptoms occur, you may need to go in for change in the antibiotic medication.
Kindly follow the advise as given by your doctor and do the necessary follow-up as suggested.
