Hi Doctor, I am a monogamous man married for seven years. I have one child, 6 years old. Could you help me with a problem I have with my foreskin, when I use condoms? I have absolutely no issues when coming to unprotected sex. My foreskin does not retract when erect. The glans are fully covered in the full state of erection. There is a extra bit of foreskin protruding/ dangling out at this stage too. This is not phymosis as it can be manually retracted. Hence when using a condom, the penis merely slips inside the condom due to natural lubrication. I do not maintain a full erection for the entire duration of intercourse. Even though I retract the foreskin at first, and there is a short period of it being flaccid. Immediately, inside the condom, the foreskin covers the glans and never retracts behind the glans after erection once again. Is there an option to perform a partial/Jewish circumcision? Will this fix my issue? I would prefer the glans be covered with the foreskin when flaccid, and glans exposed fully/partially when erect. Does Hygiene improve with such a circumcision? I bath once a day and thoroughly wash the penis too. I have heard of smegma as a put of for women. However this is not really applicable to me as oral sex is totally out of question. After circumcision, will the glans which is very sensitive have problems due to regular rubbing on undergarments? Will circumcision cause problems for Masturbation as semen is simply ejaculates outside without the fore skin to hold it? I don t get sex often, so I usually have to relieve myself, once a week. When she does agree, the foreskin kills my luck. I usually end up having to masturbate fondling her. I am getting extremely frustrated with this issue. As an alternative to circumcision, is there a way to select a condom that probably firmly holds the foreskin to the shaft? I have tried several condom brands and even tried to use a micropore bandage to stick the foreskin in order to achieve my desired result. Before a condom is worn, I tried to stick the foreskin after its rolled back with the micropore adhesive bandage to the shaft. However it just loosens up in the lube and drifts around inside the condom. I have heard of the galactic cap, which I believe can be a solution as i have no issues with unprotected sex. However I doubt if it will enter Indian markets soon. We had tried the pill, femilon. However it disrupted her periods and caused weight gain.
