Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Welcome to HCM and thank you for your query.
You have allergic rhinitis. It usually responds to steroid nasal sprays which need to be taken once or twice a day depending on the preparation. These have very little side effect and are safe on the long run.
The other possibility is to have yourself desensitized to the allergens causing this problem for you. Please consult a doctor who is an allergy specialist for the same if you do not want to use the nasal steroids.
Wish you good health.
