What Are The Side Effects Of Duromine/Metermine 30mg?

hello, i am 18 and a smoker i have been prescribed duromine/metermine 30mg for my weight loss, i have been taking one capsule each day for the last 5 days and i have alot of mucus in my throat, when i lay down i feel like the mucus is affecting my breathing as im afraid to sleep now, as a smoker i have never had mucus this bad thank you

Phentermine(Duromine/Metermine) has following side-effects:-
CARDIOVASCULAR: Regurgitant cardiac valvular disease; palpitation; tachycardia; hypertension. CNS: Overstimulation; restlessness; dizziness; insomnia; euphoria; dysphoria; tremor; headache; psychotic episodes. DERMATOLOGIC: Allergic urticaria. GI: Dry mouth; unpleasant taste; diarrhea; constipation. GU: Impotence; changes in libido. RESPIRATORY: Primary pulmonary hypertension.
Lot of mucus in your throat, is much related to smoking and is unlikely to be due to Phentermine.
