What Are The Side Effects Of Duphaston?
Hi Doc, I have been taking Duphaston for past 3 days due to swallon uterus, thick lining and extended period. Does this tablet stop the period flow by first expelling the blood clot inside the womb? Each time I sit and stand , spurts of flow will come down!!! Thanks

Duphaston tablets 10mg tablet used for:
lack of progesterone including menstrual disorders like,
secondary amenorrhoea,
dysmenorrhoea or painful periods,
premenstrual syndrome
abnormal uterine bleeding
Following are the common side effects:
migraines, headaches,
nausea,
menstrual problem: irregular bleeding/Delyed/Spotting
breast pain/tenderness,
bloating or weight gain.
So i think spotting in your case is a drug side effects.
