What Are The Side Effects Of Depo Provera Injection?

Hi I have had the depo in my back bout 8 weeks ago and I have got these really bad pains in my tummy and get spoting blood I keep farting and the pain goes down my left side nere my ribs and it goes in my ovies aswell can u plz tell me what it is plz many thanks kayleigh

The use of the depo may cause pain at the injection site and may also be associated with break through bleeding.
In most cases the break through bleeding stops.

The injection would not cause the excess flatulence, abdominal pain. This may be related to different potential causes such as infection, GERD, food intolerance, lactose intolerance.
It would be best to visit your doctor for an assessment.
