What Are The Side Effects Of Depo-Provera?

I missed my Depo Vera shot in the beginning of April but the week before it was due I had bled, then afterwards I would spot one day then bleed , and now for the past 2 weeks I want to say I ve been having brown stuff. is this normal? and how long will it go on for?

Hello,
It can take up to a year for the periods to get back to normal after stopping depo provera. You will have to be patient and put up with the irregular bleeding and spotting. If the bleeding seems severe, see your doctor.
