What Are The Side Effects Of Becosules Capsules?

Hi I m 21 years old boy who recently started taking 1 becosules tablet daily for skin and hair.Is there any such side effects If I take it for lifetime?Recently I have heard that becosules have some side effects which affects kidney,liver and also increases blood sugar level.Is the dosage is ok or I should stop taking it?

u can take benadryl for 10days in a month once in a day... n for hair n skin u can take capsule Evion... which contains vitamin E.. which is important for hair n skin.. and u can also add Evion capsule in your hair oil and apply it in roots
