What Are The Repercussions Of Missing Dosage Of No Worm Tablet?

Hi doc, i have been adviced to take no worm tabs one each and after taking the first tab on 25th april and was suppose to take 2nd dosage yesterday. I missed it. Can i take it today??? Or should i restart??? I was told that the gap should be of 14 days between 2 tabs.
