What Are The Remedy For Piles And Continuous Back Pains?

Hello Doctor Samuel,

I am facing problem of piles, since i have taken medicine from doctors but i am not getting relief and having continous pain in the back. Please suggest me the required remedies.

Anovate cream local application 3 times
Lox gelly. . application 3 times
seitz bath 3 times
n laxative such as Cremaffin or duphalac at night time.. 20 ml daily should help.
