What Are The Remedies For Shoulder Pain Which Goes Up To Neck?
On Thursday I woke up with sever should pain, and pain going up my neck,rightr side. I went to an Urgent Care office. They checked me out, gave me an EKC to make sure my heart was ok. The doctor doesn t know what it it, but he game me 600 mg of ibupropen and 5-325 tabs of oxycodone. I have taken two of the ibupropen and none of the pain pills. My pain has been off and on since Thursday. Today it started hurting about noon, and is still hurting, around an 8. I took a Lunesta , 3mg to try and sleep, but it is impossible. My question is can I take one of the pain pills now? My husband is on fishing trip, and I am at home.

Ibuprofen and oxycodon both are most potent pain killer and lunesta is fpr sedation .
With sedative you can take pain killer but ibuprofen will be the best because oxycodon further causes sedation.
Reason of pain in the right side shoulder may be .
1 Bursitis , inflammation of shoulder joint and ibuprofen is the best drug . Physical examination by an orthopedic surgeon will find out the exact nature of disease.
2 If your age is around 45 years frozen shoulder joint may be the next reason and consult an orthopedic doctor for this disease.
3 Cervical spondylitis may be the next reason , diagnosis can be confirmed by M R I of this part .
In my opinion at present take pain killer and thereafter deal as above mentioned.
