hello doctor. I have been having a problem of irregular motions since many days. I'm a working person & its really irritating. There's too much accumulation of gas in my abdomen & it gets more worse by the evening. Please suggest some effective remedies

i have read your problem and it is concluded that your ork is causing the acidity
use 3-4 glasses of warm water night
plenty of fluids
non oily non greesy and non spicy foods
low protein high fiber diet
and eat early at night
use antacid sos if need e
