What Are The Red Bumps On My Tongue Near The Tonsil?

I have a reddish color of bumps near my left tonsil on my tongue that hurts badly when I move my tongue. Near that area, I have a messed up tooth, maybe that could be causing this bump thing but I am not sure and I am very afraid... what could this be?

gone through your query.did you get this swelling recently or is it from long time.it may be an enlarge adenoids.rinse with lukeworm saline water.take a course of antibiotic .if it persists then u ll have to get it checked from a dentist.
