My mother just turned 83 and was in a car accident where she broke her femur, crushed her kneecap and broke her talus & ankle - Had surgery 9 days ago and is waiting for post op visit to ortho on the 13th - Any idea of recovery period for her and any supplements she could take to assist in healing process

he has to go for physiotherapy clinic for exercise and strengthening of the muscle.that definitely increase the rate of healing process and also allow the patient mor in-depended as early as possible
