What Are The Reasons Of Having Chest Pain, Faster Heart Beat And Noise In Ears?

I have a blunt chest pain, mid abdomen area. Its not heartburn, cauee I can distinguish that. My heart feels beating fast and abnormally. I hear noise in my ears which I get with high blood pressure. I also feel this blunt pain in the middle of my chest.
Occassionally my heart speeds up now, although im layed down, resting.

Hello.Although by your age, heart pathology is unlikely, I recommend you the realization of an electrocardiogram for caution.If electrocardiogram is normal, anxiety is a possible diagnosis.Go to your physician for examination, realization electrocardiogram and establish diagnosis.I wish you good health.
