What Are The Reasons For Vomiting And Nausea?

Since 6am ive been throwing up and very nausious. Im still feeling nausea but when I throw up nothing comes out. And the nausea gets worse when I lay down, plus I cant eat anything, if I start chewing food I have to spit it out because I cant swallow it, no matter how hard I try. Whats wrong with me and is it serious?

Hi.
If you can not swallow food along with throwing-up and nausea, there is a more chance of you having a throat infection.
