What Are The Reasons For Stomach Cramps, Pain And Diarrhea?

I have been having some digestive problems for a while. I have had a colonoscopy and the scope exam. It was determined I have gastritis, but this is my issue, mostly everything I eat causes my stomach to cramp and ache and I have diarrhea. It seems like my food is not digesting well.

Hi,

Thanks for consulting HealthcareMagic!

Your symptoms seem to be like that of Irritable bowel syndrome or may be due to hyper acidity. I suggest you to eat diet rich in fiber, which consists of more fresh fruits and vegetables, cereals like oats etc and avoid oily foods, fried foods, junk food etc.

However, a Physical examination is mandatory to assess this
since there are variety of other causes that needs to be ruled out.

You need follow up with Gatroenterologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have have any clarifications.
