What Are The Reasons For Not Conceiving Though Ovulation Kit Shows Am Ovulated?

Hi...for over a year i have been strag ling to get pregnant but i cant though everymonth i use ovulation test kit which shows am ovulated;also for some month i had a strange pain under my stomach and in my vagina before period;i also feel sick ,vommiting even not close to period i never had all this before is this normal?and why i cant get pregnant?what should i do?plz hekp

Hello ma'am and welcome.

As you have been experiencing trouble conceiving then it is best for you to visit a doctor ma'am. There is no point in getting disheartened while sitting at home. To me it sounds like you have a minor problem, but we can only predict after an elaborate evaluation. So please visit your doctor for the same. You could request for a check on all hormonal levels, an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis, check on your menstrual cycle, etc.

Please do not get disheartened, I am sure your doctor will be able to help.
