What Are The Reasons For Having Pin Prick Feeling In Legs?

I occasionally feel like there are pin pricks in my legs. I am female, 51, and in otherwise excellent health. I work out 5x a week, maintain my weight at 120 (65 ) and eat overall very healthy. I do drink about 4 drink/ week. It s been more frequent (once or twice a week) lately.
