Hello doctor thiss kiranya from kolar district..i hav myopia (short sitednes)from10years, my age is 21 now..m waiting for lasik surgery..i like to remov my glasses because im going atten IAS exam ...so what are the proceedures to follow for the surgery??an in the tym of operation,providing anesthesia injection or how?an is it really working successfuly??will i get clear vision without my glasses....pls answer me doctor

It seems from the history that you are having myopia and you want to undergo LASIK surgery.
LASIK surgery is one of the safest and successful surgery for correction of myopia and other forms of refractive error, you can undergo it safely.
It will be done under topical anesthesia, no injections are given and post surgery your vision will improve and you may not need spectacles.
You need to undergo evaluation to know that you have adequate corneal thickness and you are not having dry eye.
