hey i have dorsolumbar spine compressed fracture few months ago.i am young and depressed that if it may effect my normal life . i want to know the precautions and consequences regarding same. also tell me how to get back my normal body because it feels like i cn;t do anything like before

The spinal fracture is not like other fracture, it may be very dangerous some times, even slight mistake could bring very bad consequences, so you have to take extra care till it get healed, be in bed do not try to move unevenly, follow the instruction given by your surgeon, it will be alright, have nice day.
