HELLO THANX FOR USING HCM,
High blood pressure can be due to bad diet and sedentary lifestyle or it can be genetical or it can be due to certain diseases.

You can control blood pressure with diet , exercise and medicines.
First thing is to reduce your salt or sodium consumption. It can be normal salt, or sodium in the form of texture enhancers, flavouring agents, presevatives which are used in processed foods, ready to use meats, sauces , chips, pickles, papads, canned foods.

Eat lot of fresh fruits and vegetables as potassium cut down the affect of sodium .Have low fat dairy products like milk, curds, buttermilk as casein helps in controlling bp.

Avoid sources of fat like ghee, butter, cream. lard ,fried foods, bakery products all these increases blood pressure.
Regular exercise is must for atleast 30 minutes in order to have a healthy blood pressure.
ANAEMIA is caused mainly due to iron , b12, folic acid deficiency or malabsorption.
To improve anaemia include sources like lean meats, chicken , egg, milk ,Lentils and beans, green leafy vegetables, nuts along with this vit c sources like citrus fruits, brocoli, cabbage, tomato, peppers are needed to enhance absorption.

Kindly note it will not be applicable if person is having kidney disease or dialysis.
