What Are The Painful Lumps On The Neck Along With Nose Bleeds?

Hello I am worried about my 9 year old. She has developed painful lumps in her neck. There is also swelling. She has been off colour for a while. Tired, pale and weepy. She has also started having nosebleeds which take over 15 minutes to stop. She gets pains in her legs (which I put down to growing pains.) her eyesight has recently deteriorated and she has got glasses. There is also a new mole developing on her back which is still growing. All these things appeared to be individual events until she got the lumps in her neck but now I m worried it s all linked and could be something serious. As her mum I feel she is not right but I don t want my doctor to think I m overanxious.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. She has lump in her neck. It can enlarged lymphnode due to reactive hyperplasia, tuberculosis, or lymphoma. Or she can have some soft tissue tumor. She should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact diagnosis. Shr should also check for complete blood count and coagulation profile. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
