I am 20 years old girl from India.I am passing through a stage where I feel sexually aroused very often.I dont have any boyfriend.Sometimes I feel like masturbating but due to religious beliefs I dont do it.My question is that can you pls tell me some ways other than masturbation by which I can satisfy myself.I want to know some ways by which I can satisfy myself without masturbation.

Good evening. Well the only other way is to not think about it and do some meditation. I understand the religious beliefs, but scientifically proven masturbation is healthy for ones body. It takes off the stress and helps you focus on your work later on or else one keeps getting such thoughts. And it is definitely better than pre marital sex.
