What Are The Other Alternates For Braces?

Hi I've had braces on for more than 2 years now.. dealing with them has been beyond a struggle.. Many Cuts. Uncomfort every moment of every day. They break constantly and I have no control over it. I try my hardest to not break them but it's inevitable. When can I get them off with beneficial results
