RBC-MILD MICROCYTIC HYPOCHROMIC RBCs ANISOCYTOSIS .NO ABNORMAL OR IMMATURE NOW SEE. WBC -TOTAL COUNT WITHIN NORMAL LIMITS NEUTROPHILIA++MILD LYMPHOPENIA+ NO ABNORMAL OR IMMATURE CELLS NOW SEEN PLATELETTS -ADEQUATE PLS I NEED WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS BLOOD RESULT THANK YOU

Thank you for your question on HCM. In my opinion, by seeing your blood report, your Hb is also mildly decrease.Normally RBC s are normochromic normocytic means normal in size and color. Due to iron deficiency, Hb is not properly formed and thus RBCs containing Hb also not properly formed. They are more smaller and paler than normal. Thisis known as microcytic hypochromic RBCs. They also differ in shape knownas anisocytosis. And regarding WBCs they are normal in your report but neutrophils are mildly high which suggest some infection. So consult your doctor and start iron supplement and antibiotic.
