General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The C.T. scan showing the deviated nasal septum, it is a congenital deformity of the nasal septum. It usually leads to the frequent cold, and sinusitis, and so on. That is what is seen there .
If the deviated nasal septum is corrected, early it may not lead to the complications of the sinuses, ear infections etc.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T surgeon for diagnosis and judgement of treatment.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
