hi doctor, i am working in dubai, i got opportunity to mobilize to kuwait to another company, theey send me for pre employment medical, in x - ray report vascular markings are found the commented suggestive of brochiotis, but my health is very good and i dont have any caugh and any problem, advise

Bronchitis cannot be diagnosed form the chest x-ray alone. Usually it occurs in a smoker with cough and sputum production with shortness of breath. To confirm the diagnosis you need to undergo spirometry with bronchodialator reversibility testing. You should consult a pulomonologist and get yourself thoroughly examined.
