What are the main symptoms of an ucler? Also, I almost completely stopped consuming dairy products for a long time . I suppose I made myself lactose intolerant because now when I eat it I throw up instantly. But I thought lactose intolerance people who consume it would get diarea...?

The main symptoms of an ulcer are pain in the upper part of the abdomen. The pain might be aggravated by meal in case it is apeptic ulcer and relieved by meals in a duodenal ulcer. Ulcer pain can cause noctural pain.
Pain accompanied by vomiting can be asymptom of ulcer.
Blood in vomitus can also be asymptom of ulcer s can black tarry stools.
