Hello dear doctor wether sir or madam, In most cases it was mentioned that incest or something like that occurs for teens or youngsters but whats the problem if the individuals are both adult and they are sure they will not make any child.This is not what im going to do anyway but i just wanted to solve my question.thanks alot

incest or consanguineous marriage has higher probability that recessive genetic mutations to show in children. Example of diseases that are higher in families with consanguineous are Aplastic anaemia and Fanconi's disease among others.
for the last part of your question, not being sure of making any child, things might happen.
