Hello Im 18 years old and I smoke 8 to 12 cigaerettes or filter cigars a day..what kind of health risk will I encounter..Ive been smoking on and off for roughly 4 years... The logest I quit recently was two weeks I just couldnt handle the withdrawls..smoking is my only demon..WHat should I do

You have a higher risk of developing any kind of disease that you can think of, just because you are a smoker and that too a heavy smoker. All kinds of cancers, lung diseases, heart disease, brain stroke, hypertension, diabetes etc are more common in smokers. You should quit or at least cut down as much as possible.
