What Are The Findings Of The X Ray Examination Results?

Thank you very much. My x-ray results showed the following impressions:

Pulmonary hyperaeration. Hemidiaphragms are depressed and flattened Atheromatous aorta. Heart is not enlarged.

I always experience shortness of breath. What is wrong with me? Who should I consult? Please help me

Thanks for writing to HCM

According to X-ray reports your lungs are hyperaerated means lungs are expanded with more aeration.
Both domes of diaphragms are flattened due to hyperexpansion of lungs.These findings suggest emphysematous changes in lungs.
There is atheromatous changes in aorta which is age related normal findings.
Heart size is normal.
You should consult pulmonologist due to emphysematous changes in lungs.
