What Are The Findings From The Semen Analysis Report?

Dear doc
I am 30 year old male.I am married 3 year.I have no baby.I have seaman analysis report.
Consistency is Abnormal.
Sperm Motility.
A .rapid progression.30%
B .Sloe progression. 25%
C .Non progressive Motility.25%
D .Immotile. 20%
Count/ml. 75 million.
Morphology.
Normal.30%
Abnormal.70%
Head defects.35%
Tail Defects.25%
Neck & mid piece Defects.10%
Pus Cells.20-25

This report suggest that the sperms are not healthy enough to fertilize the egg however total sperm count is normal
You should repeat the test once again after 1 week of abstinence to rule out variability in results due to improper collection process and technical errors however these are unlikely.
But problems related to wife also need to be evaluated before attributing this report as the cause behind infertility.
The quality of sperms may be improved to some extent by proper diet and lifestyle modification
You should consult a gyne for prover evaluation and recommendation

It is possiable to have baby by IVF procedure even if quality of sperms is not good however it should not be too bad aswell
