What Are The Findings From My Pelvic Scan Report?

Please write your query hereHi, may I answer your health queries? Please i went for pelvic scan today and i was told no gestational sac present and uterus is anteverted and homogenous measuring is57.2mm × 40.3mm ×54.5mm.There is a simple cyst of the 10eft adnexa.No intraluminal calculus present. what does this results mean.

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your uterus is normal in size and echotexture. There is no evidence of pregnancy.
There is simple cyst in left adnexa. It is a benign finding and usually doesn't require any treatment if it is not causing any symptoms.Treatment depend upon size and complications due to cyst.
